Pecan Pie
Ingredients
- 1 cup light corn syrup
- 1 cup sugar
- 3 eggs, well beaten
- 2 tbsp butter, melted
- 1 tbsp vanilla
- 1½ cups pecans
- 1 deep dish frozen pie crust (9-inches)
Directions
Preheat oven to 350° F. Mix corn syrup, eggs, sugar, butter, and vanilla. Stir in pecans. Pour into frozen pie crust. Place pie on baking sheet in center of oven. Bake 60-70 mins. To check if it is done, tap center surface of pie lightly. It should spring back when done. If pie crust is over-browning, cover edges with aluminum foil.
