Parmesan Crisps
Ingredients
- 1 tsp olive oil
- Grated Parmesan cheese
Directions
Brush a thin layer of olive oil on a non-stick baking sheet (or use parchment paper). Sprinkle Parmesan cheese on top, about ⅛ inch thick. Bake at 325° for 25-35 minutes, until cheese is golden brown and stops bubbling. Cool for 10 minutes before removing from baking sheet.
