# Mayonnaise ## Ingredients - 1 egg (room temperature) - 1¼ cup avocado oil - 1½ tsp yellow mustard - 1 tsp apple cider vinegar - 1 tsp lemon juice - ½ tsp salt - ⅛ tsp honey ## Directions Combine all ingredients, in the order above, in a bowl. Blend with an immersion blender until thick and creamy. Avoid moving the blender up and down, keep it stationary. Store in a glass jar in the refrigerator. Lasts 1-2 weeks.
