# Cheesy Corn Casserole ## Ingredients - 1 can (14.75 oz) cream-style corn - 1 can (14.75 oz) whole kernel corn, drained - 1 8.5oz package corn muffin mix - 2 eggs - ¾ cup shredded cheddar cheese - ¾ cup vegetable oil ## Directions Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease a 2 quart casserole dish. Mix all ingredients together in a large bowl. Pour into casserole dish. If desired, sprinkle more cheese on top. Bake for 55-60 minutes or until golden brown.
